Glancing at the one you linked I would suggest double checking to see if there is an updated version. But try to find a more recent updated one the one linked is very old and may not work at all. With the release of the Growing Together Expansion Pack, there's more depth to Sims' likes and dislikes, as well as new social and situation events. Once they age up into toddlers the skin tone always corrects itself to what it's supposed to be.
